Abstract:Medical simulation education is an important measure to improve the quality of standardized training for resident physicians. The establishment of an efficient medical simulation teaching information platform can rapidly enhance the management level of residency training. Our hospital has constructed a clinical simulation teaching information platform based on the concept of stratified teaching-regular assessment-dynamic feedback. The highlights of this platform are reflected in the modular training framework based on the sequence of diagnosis and treatment，stratified progressive assessment，a lean teacher management system，and the establishment and practice of an evaluation and feedback system. The pass rates of the first attempt for the practicing physician qualification examination and the completion examination of standardized training for resident physicians before and after the application of the information platform showed significant differences. However，there are still areas for improvement in terms of systems，management，and technology.
