中文摘要: 目的：量化分析某医联体牵头单位和成员单位的服务能力，为医联体建设成效提供客观数据支撑。方法：采集该医联体牵头单位和成员单位2021-2024年的病案首页数据，比较DRG、CMI等指标变化情况。结果：牵头单位的DRG、CMI、三四级手术占比等指标呈逐年上升趋势，来自成员单位所在地的患者所对应指标也呈现上升趋势。成员单位的CMI呈下降趋势。结论：DRG相关指标评估医联体建设成效更具说服力，分级诊疗成效初显。建议以CMI为主要转诊依据，加强配套政策支持。
Abstract:Objective：The paper attempts to quantitatively analyze the service capabilities of the leading and member units of medical alliances and provide objective data support for the medical alliance. Method：Using the date of the first page of medical records in the units of the medical alliance from 2021 to 2024 and compare the changes in indicators such as DRG and CMI. Results：The indicators of the leading unit，including DRG，CMI，and the proportion of third-and fourth-level surgeries show an increasing trend. The corresponding indicators of patients from the locations of member units also show an upward trend. The CMI of member units shows a downward trend. Conclusion：DRG related indicators are more persuasive in evaluating the effectiveness of medical alliance construction，the effectiveness of tiered healthcare services has begun to show. Provide Using CMI as the basis for referral. Enhance the supporting policy.
