目的：量化分析某医联体牵头单位和成员单位的服务能力，为医联体建设成效提供客观数据支撑。方法：采集该医联体牵头单位和成员单位2021-2024年的病案首页数据，比较DRG、CMI等指标变化情况。结果：牵头单位的DRG、CMI、三四级手术占比等指标呈逐年上升趋势，来自成员单位所在地的患者所对应指标也呈现上升趋势。成员单位的CMI呈下降趋势。结论：DRG相关指标评估医联体建设成效更具说服力，分级诊疗成效初显。建议以CMI为主要转诊依据，加强配套政策支持。

Objective：The paper attempts to quantitatively analyze the service capabilities of the leading and member units of medical alliances and provide objective data support for the medical alliance.
