中文摘要: 在新型城镇化和健康中国建设背景下，本研究基于2016和2018年中国家庭追踪调查两期平衡面板数据，采用双重差分倾向得分匹配（PSM-DID）方法分析户籍变动对中老年人健康的影响。结果发现：户籍变动对中老年人健康具有显著正向影响；异质性分析发现户籍变动对高龄、男性和东部地区的中老年人健康的促进作用更高；机制检验表明户籍变动通过促使中老年人选择高级别的医疗机构和提高医疗条件满意度两个渠道提升其健康水平。

Abstract:Under the dual background of new urbanization and the construction of the healthy China，based on the two-phase balanced panel data of the China Family Panel Studies in 2016 and 2018，the propensity score matching-difference-in-difference method is used to empirically analyze the effect of hukou status transformation on the middle-aged and elderly health. The results show that the hukou status transformation has a significant positive impact on the health of middle-aged and elderly. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the hukou status transformation has a higher effect on the health of the elderly，men，and eastern region of middle-aged and elderly. The mechanism test shows that the hukou status transformation promotes the health of middle-aged and elderly through two channels：urging middle-aged and elderly to choose high-level medical institutions and improving satisfaction with medical conditions.
