Abstract:Objective：To explore relevant strategies for promoting the health management level of our hospital. Methods：By retrospectively analyzing the health checkup data of our hospital's employees over the past three years，we summarized the current status of TCM preventive health management and considered relevant strategies for promoting the health management level of our hospital. Results：The top three common health problems were hypertension，hyperglycemia，and hyperlipidemia in sequence. Chronic diseases remain a high-risk factor threatening the health of hospital employees. Meanwhile，the incidence of chronic metabolic diseases among medical staff in our hospital has been increasing year by year，and their own health has not been given sufficient attention. The TCM preventive health management system needs to be improved，the informatization level of the preventive health management platform is insufficient，and the relevant talent training mechanism for TCM preventive health management still needs to be improved. Conclusion：Introducing the concept of preventive health management into health management，we should truly maintain the health status of medical staff，continue to build a scientific，standardized，and dynamic health management model，and contribute strategies to promoting the health management level of our hospital and even the entire province.
