Abstract:Objective：To conduct CMN analysis on the causes of medical disputes in a certain children’s hospital during the past five years and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions. Method：Collect medical dispute data from a certain children’s hospital from 2020 to 2024，and analyze it from the aspects of the department where the dispute occurred，the degree of responsibility，the consequences of the damage，and the causes of the occurrence. Result：The departments involved in disputes are clearly differentiated，with a high degree of fault liability and serious consequences for damages. Technical negligence remains the primary cause of medical disputes，while human and document negligence require special attention. Conclusion：Strengthen the control of high-risk departments，enhance perioperative management，achieve full and effective notification，standardize medical record writing，and ensure patient safety.
