中文摘要: 目的：评估江苏某三甲医院2019-2023年多院区运行效能，为同质化管理提供依据。方法：基于运营数据，采用DEA-BCC模型和Malmquist指数法进行动静态效率分析。结果：实施同质化管理后，本部与A院区效率显著提升，2023年达“DEA强有效”；B院区首年即高效运营（OE=1）。动态分析显示A院区技术进步指数年均增长8.2%，带动全要素生产率提升。结论：多院区发展应科学规划规模、加大技术创新、构建同质化标准、创新考核机制、实施动态监测。本研究为公立医院多院区管理提供了实证参考。

Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the operational efficiency of multiple campuses in a certain grade A tertiary hospital in Jiangsu Province from 2019 to 2023，and provide a basis for homogeneous management. Method：Based on operational data，the DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index method were used to conduct static efficiency analysis. Result：After implementing homogeneous management，the efficiency of the headquarters and A campus significantly improved，reaching “DEA strong effectiveness” in 2023；B campus operated efficiently in its first year（OE=1）. Dynamic analysis shows that the technological progress index of A campus has an average annual growth rate of 8.2%，driving the improvement of total factor productivity. Conclusion：The development of multiple hospital districts should be scientifically planned in scale，increase technological innovation，establish homogeneous standards，innovate assessment mechanisms，and implement dynamic monitoring. This study provides empirical reference for multi hospital management in public hospitals.
