中文摘要: 目的:通过DREEM量表评估宿迁某三甲医院医学教育环境质量,探究医学生对教育环境的综合感知及其影响因素,为优化临床教学体系提供实证依据。方法:采用随机抽样选取240名医学生,使用修订版DREEM量表(48条目)进行横断面调查,通过SPSS 23.0进行单因素方差分析及相关性分析。结果:教育环境总分为186.90±31.91(77.88%),达到“较好”水平。社交感知存在显著专业差异(F=3.219,P=0.003),学习感知(r=0.732)、教师感知(r=0.637)、学术感知(r=0.822)与环境感知呈强正相关(P ≤ 0.01)。薄弱环节集中于教师中心化教学(3.54/5)、课堂体验(3.44/5)及课程偏好(3.55/5)。结论:建议通过PBL教学改革、师生互动机制优化及学习空间重构,系统性提升教育环境质量。
Abstract:Objective:This study aims to evaluate the quality of the medical education environment at a certain grade A tertiary hospital in Suqian using the DREEM scale,explore medical students' comprehensive perceptions of the educational environment and its influencing factors,and provide empirical evidence for optimizing the clinical teaching system. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 240 randomly selected medical students using the revised DREEM scale(48 items). Data were analyzed via one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis using SPSS 23.0. Results:The total score for the educational environment was 186.90±31.91(77.88% of the maximum),indicating a “good” level. Significant differences in social perception were observed across majors(F=3.219,P=0.003). Strong positive correlations were identified between the educational environment and learning perception(r=0.732),teacher perception(r=0.637),and academic perception(r=0.822)(P ≤ 0.01). Weak areas included teacher-centered instruction(3.54/5),classroom experience(3.44/5),and curriculum preferences(3.55/5). Conclusion: Systematic improvements to the educational environment should focus on Problem-Based Learning(PBL)reform,optimizing teacher-student interaction mechanisms,and restructuring learning spaces. To improve the quality of the educational environment.
