Abstract:Objective：To explore the improvement of the connotation and quality of standardized training for resident physicians in the context of the national performance examination in public hospitals. Methods：According to the performance evaluation requirements of national public hospitals，strengthen training organization and management，enhance the construction of teaching staff，and improve incentive and guarantee mechanisms. Results：The connotation and quality of standardized training for resident physicians have significantly improved，and have a positive impact on performance in the national examination. Conclusion：By optimizing the allocation of training resources，strengthening the construction of the teaching staff，and improving the training evaluation and feedback incentive mechanism，the effectiveness of standardized training for resident physicians can be comprehensively enhanced.
