中文摘要: 目的:探讨利用大语言模型(large language model,LLM)在医学检验专业带教病例和图谱库知识中的应用效果。方法:纳入2023年1月至2024年8月在本院检验科实习的学生100名,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50名。对照组采用传统带教模式教学,研究组利用大语言模型带教标准化病例和图谱库,考核两组学生的教学效果。结果:考试考核显示,研究组的病例分析、图谱分析、基础理论知识和专业技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。问卷调查显示,研究组的学习积极性、教学满意程度、理论结合临床能力和团队合作能力均高于对照组(P < 0.05),学习时间差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:利用大语言模型带教病例与图谱库的教学模式有助于提高临床检验诊断学的教学效果。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of LLM in teaching of clinical laboratory case and atlas library. Methods:Randomly divided 100 students from January 2023 to August 2024 into control group and research group. 50 people per group. The control group received traditional teaching method,and the research group received LLM combined with case and atlas library teaching method. Assess the teaching effectiveness of two groups. Results:The case analysis,graph analysis,basic theoretical knowledge,and professional skill operation scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The learning enthusiasm,teaching satisfaction,theoretical and clinical integration ability,and teamwork ability of the research group were all higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). There is no statistically significant difference in the learning time between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusions:The application of LLM combined with case and atlas library is helpful to improve the teaching of clinical laboratory.
