目的:分析某医院绩效考核评价体系管理问题并提出改进措施,以期提高管理效能,保证医疗质量和患者安全,推动公立医院高质量发展。方法:结合反馈意见和工作实践,使用鱼骨图归纳现有评价体系效用较低原因,探索分析医院2023年绩效考核评价体系改进情况。结果:存在医务人员参与不足、沟通追踪不到位、考核管理不充分问题。结论:基于PDCA理论执行改进,计划阶段明确员工职责定位、层次沟通机制、考核体系管理;实施阶段加强主体意识、强化组织沟通反馈、完善考核体系;检查阶段核验医院服务能力和患者保障能力;改进阶段加快信息系统建设和提高绩效文化认同。
