中文摘要: 目的：构建数字赋能的献血者关爱平台，集结优质社会资源，营造共同关爱尊崇献血者的社会氛围，促进无偿献血事业发展。方法：开发“热血通”小程序，筹建“热血通”公益联盟，普惠献血者。结果：“热血通”小程序上线后深受好评，上线两月余，拥有用户1万多名，有效营造了全民关爱献血者的文明风尚。结论：采用数字化技术，建设和运行“热血通”献血者关爱平台，可进一步完善献血者关爱工作，助推无偿献血事业发展。
Abstract:Objective：To build a digitally-enabled blood donor care platform，gather high-quality social resources，create a social atmosphere of caring for and respecting blood donors，and promote the development of the voluntary blood donation. Methods：Develop the “Warm Blood Pass” applet and establish the “Warm Blood Pass” public welfare alliance to benefit blood donors. Results：“The Warm Blood Pass” app was well received，with 10，884 users in more than two months online，effectively creating a civilized culture of caring for blood donors by all people. Conclusion：The operation of the “Warm Blood Pass” blood donor care platform is the result of digital technology-enabled blood donor care work，which efficiently promote the development of the voluntary blood donation.
