Clinical Nutrition Quality Control Center Innovative Management Model Nutritional Assessment Rate

目的：探讨临床营养质控中心创新管理模式在提高厦门市三级医疗机构营养评估率工作中的应用效果。方法：厦门市临床营养质控中心在2022年质控管理基础上，2023年实行创新管理模式，制定营养评估率分级目标、实施PDCA持续改进方案、开展“提高住院患者营养评估率”专项行动方案、实行双向考核制度等，分析比较实行创新管理模式前后住院患者的营养评估率。结果：质控中心实行创新管理模式后，住院患者营养评估率由2022年的0.97%提高至2023年的2.64%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0. 01）；2023年1-5月份平均营养评估率2.38%，同年6-12月份提高至2.93%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0. 01）。结论：质控中心的创新管理模式能有效提升住院患者营养评估率。质控中心应以质量安全改进目标和质控指标为抓手，加大对质控成员单位的督导和考核力度，促进各医疗机构营养诊疗流程规范化。
Objective：To explore the application of innovative management model in clinical nutrition quality control center in improving the nutritional assessment rate of tertiary medical institutions in Xiamen. Method：On the basis of quality control management in 2022，implementing an innovative management model in 2023，the Xiamen Clinical Nutrition Quality Control Center has developed innovative management model such as grading goals for nutritional assessment rates，implementing the PDCA continuous improvement plan，implementing a special action plan to improve the nutritional assessment rate of hospitalized patients，and implementing a two-way assessment system. The nutritional assessment rates before and after implementing the innovative management model were compared. Results：After implementing the innovative management model in the quality control center，the nutritional assessment rate increased from 0.97% in 2022 to 2.64% in 2023，with a statistically significant difference（P < 0.01）；Meanwhile，the average nutrition assessment rate from January to May in 2023 was 2.38%，which increased to 2.93% from June to December，with a statistically significant difference（P < 0.01）. Conclusion：The innovative management model of the quality control center can effectively improve the nutritional assessment rate. The quality control center should strengthen the supervision and assessment of quality control member units based on quality and safety improvement goals and quality control indicators，and promote the standardization of nutrition diagnosis and treatment processes in various medical institutions.
