Abstract:Objective：To analyze the challenges and causes faced by the president’s office of tertiary public hospital，and put forward targeted strategies，so as to provide reference suggestions for the high-quality development of public hospitals. Methods：By the means of literature research，this paper analyzes the challenges and causes faced by the president’s office of tertiary public hospital，and puts forward optimization strategies. Results：The president’s office of tertiary public hospital is faced with complicated work contents and heavy work pressure；the professional level of administrative personnel is uneven，lack of professional training；rules and regulations are inadequate；low level of office informatization；reward，punishment，performance appraisal mechanism is incomplete，lack of supervision and management. Conclusions：It is necessary to adopt strategies such as strengthening the construction of administrative management talent team，improving departmental management rules and regulations，enhancing the informatization construction of administrative management work，strengthening work assessment，supervision and management，etc.，to improve the administrative management level，work efficiency and service quality of the president’s office of tertiary public hospital.
