    目的:分析某国家级三甲专科公立医院管理人员人力资源结构变动和现状,探索医院管理人员人力资源合理配置思路。方法:运用结构变动度分析法,分析该医院2019-2023年管理人员人力资源结构变动情况,研究该院人力资源配置特点。结果:该院管理人员的性别维度结构变动较小,但年龄、学历、职称结构三个维度结构变动较大;管理人员缺乏系统性的培训学习。结论:该医院存在管理人员结构稳定性和科学性不足,人员职称系列构成不合理,对人才队伍建设和培养路径建设重视不够的问题。建议科学制定人力资源规划、建立健全职称聘任体系和岗位任职制度等,以优化医院管理人员人力资源配置。

    Objective:To analyze the changes and current situation of the human resource structure of management personnel in a certain grade A tertiary specialized public hospital,explore the human resource allocation of hospital management personnel. Methods:Structural change analysis was used to analyze the changes in the human resource structure of management personnel in a hospital from 2019 to 2023,and to study its human resource allocation characteristics. Results:The structure of management personnel in the hospital changed little in terms of gender,but changed greatly in terms of age,education,and professional title structure;Management personnel lack systematic training and learning. Conclusion:There are problems such as insufficient stability and scientificity of the personnel structure of hospital management personnel;unreasonable composition of personnel professional title series;insufficient attention paid by the hospital to the construction of the talent team and training path of management personnel.The author proposed ideas such as scientifically formulating human resource planning,establishing and improving the professional title appointment system and job appointment system.To optimize the allocation of human resources for hospital management personnel.
