    目的:审视和厘清某三甲儿童专科医院人才招聘的内外部环境和优劣势,促使医院招录到人岗相适的高素质人才,助推医院实现高质量发展。方法:运用SWOT分析模型,分析该院人才招聘的优势和劣势、机遇和挑战,并提出应对策略。结果:该院地处省会城市,拥有得天独厚的地理及其专科特色优势,国考成绩连续三年名列前茅;但儿科从业要求高,职业认同感低;儿科医学生生源面窄量少,岗位吸引力弱且易于分流;儿童医疗需求不断攀升,儿科人才资源供不应求。结论:该院应根据自身人才招聘的内外部环境,实施扭转型WO策略、增长型SO策略、多元化WT策略、防御型ST策略,实现岗位的科学设置与人员的合理配置,进而提升人才招聘的质量与效率。

    Objective:To review and clarify the internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of talent recruitment in a certain grade A tertiary children’s specialized hospital,so as to promote the hospital to recruit high-quality talents with suitable positions and promote the hospital to achieve high-quality development. Methods:SWOT analysis model was used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of talent recruitment,and put forward countermeasures. Results:The school is located in the capital city,has the unique advantages of geography and specialty,the national examination results for three consecutive years among the best;However,pediatric practitioners have high requirements and low professional identity.The number of pediatric medical students is small,the job attraction is weak and easy to be shunted.With the increasing medical demand of children,pediatric talent resources are still in short supply. Conclusion:According to the internal and external environment of talent recruitment,the college should implement the twisting WO strategy,growth-oriented SO strategy,diversified WT strategy and defensive ST strategy to realize the scientific setting of posts and the reasonable allocation of personnel,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment.
