    目的：探讨手术室安全隐患自查与循证护理联合用于手术患者对护理质量的影响。方法：选择2021年5月~2023年5月本院80例手术患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各40例，对照组行常规手术室护理管理，实验组在此基础上采用手术室安全隐患自查与循证护理。观察两组患者护理干预前后的情绪状态，对比两组手术室护理风险事件、围术期护理不良事件发生情况及压疮分期，评估其手术室护理质量。结果：干预后，两组的正性负性情绪量表（PANAS）正性情绪评分均提高，负性情绪评分均降低，且实验组正性情绪评分高于对照组，负性情绪评分低于对照组（P < 0.05）；实验组手术室护理风险事件、围术期护理不良事件总发生率均低于对照组，且术后压疮分期轻于对照组（P < 0.05）；实验组手术室护理质量各项评分与对照组相比均更高（P < 0.05）。结论：手术室安全隐患自查联合循证护理能够改善手术患者情绪状态，降低手术室护理风险事件及围术期护理不良事件发生率，减轻压疮，对提高手术室护理质量有重要作用。

    Objective：To explore the effect of the combination of self-examination and evidence-based nursing on the quality of nursing in the operating room. Methods：80 surgical patients in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into groups using random number table method. 40 patients in the A group received routine operating room nursing management，and 40 patients in the B group received self-examination and evidence-based nursing for operating room safety hazards. The emotional state of the two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention was observed，and the nursing risk events，the occurrence of perioperative adverse nursing events and the stage of pressure ulcer were compared between the two groups，and the quality of nursing in the operating room was evaluated. Results：Compared with before intervention，PANAS scale emotion score was increased in both groups after intervention，and negative emotion score was decreased in both groups. Positive emotion score in B group was higher than that in A group，negative emotion score was lower than that in A group（P < 0.05）. The total incidence of risk events and perioperative adverse events in the B group was lower than that in the A group，and the stage of postoperative pressure ulcer was lighter than that in the A group（P < 0.05）. The scores of nursing quality in the B group were higher than those in the A group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Self-examination of potential safety hazards in operating room combined with evidence-based nursing can improve the emotional state of surgical patients，reduce the incidence of risk events and perioperative adverse events in operating room nursing，relieve pressure sores，and play an important role in improving the quality of nursing in operating room.
