Public Hospital High-quality Development Literature Research Visual Analysis

目的：研究我国公立医院高质量发展研究的热点及趋势，为公立医院实现高质量发展相关研究提供参考和借鉴。方法：以“公立医院高质量发展”为主题词进行检索，利用CiteSpace软件对在中国知网上检索到的文献进行关键词可视化分析，绘制知识图谱。结果：共纳入有效文献832篇，2018年学界开始关注该领域，研究热度呈逐年上升的趋势；按照聚类名称的研究方向，将9个聚类进行归纳，可分为“医院党建”“运营管理”“绩效考核”“卫生健康”“医联体”五个研究主题。结论：目前医院党建、绩效考核、运营管理是公立医院高质量发展领域研究的重点，卫生健康、医院文化、医院管理等也受到了广泛关注。未来对公立医院高质量发展的研究可能更加注重医学中心的建设和发展，随着相关配套政策的落实，将得到进一步重视和探索。
Objective：To analyze the hot spots and trends of research on high-quality development of public hospitals in China，and provide reference for related research. Methods：With the title of “high-quality development of public hospitals” as the subject term，CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the keywords of the literatures retrieved on CNKI，and draw the knowledge map. Results：A total of 832 valid literatures were included. In 2018，the academic community began to pay attention to this field，and the research popularity showed a trend of increasing year by year. According to the research direction of the cluster name，the 9 clusters are summarized into five research themes：”hospital party building”，”operation management”，”performance appraisal”，”health” and “medical alliance”. Conclusion：At present，hospital party building，performance appraisal and operation management are the key topics of research on the high-quality development of public hospitals，and health，hospital culture and hospital management have also received extensive attention. The future research on the high-quality development of public hospitals may pay more attention to the construction and development of medical centers. With the implementation of relevant supporting policies，these themes should be paid attention to and further explored.
