    目的:通过问卷调查,分析安徽省不同年级内科住院医师职业精神。方法:随机选取安徽省2021年9月-2023年10月期间参加住院医师规范化培训的527名内科专业住院医师进行问卷调查。采用单因素方差分析和Bonferroni多重均数法,比较三个年级间内科住院医师职业精神状况和差异。结果:各年级住院医师在“责任感、履职履责、追求卓越和尊重他人”等一级指标方面评分均在4分以上,在“利他主义”方面低于4分;2023级内科住院医师“责任感、追求卓越”高于2022级;部分二级指标在三个年级间存在统计学差异。结论:住院医师职业精神整体尚可,但仍需改进,不同年级住院医师职业精神具体情况不同。医院可参考研究结论采取措施,促进住院医师职业精神健康发展。

    Objective:A questionnaire survey was used to analyze the professionalism of internal medicine residents of different grades in Anhui Province. Methods:Five hundred and twenty-seven internal medicine residents who participated in standardized residency training during September 2021-October 2023 in Anhui Province were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey. Differences in professionalism among different grades of internal medicine residents were determined by one-way ANOVA,and Bonferroni’s multiple means were used to compare differences in professionalism among different grade groups. Results:Residents of all grades scored above 4 points in first-level indicators such as “sense of tenure,fulfillment of duties,pursuit of excellence,Scored below 4 in “Altruism”. Internal medicine residents in the class of 2023 have a higher sense of “incumbency and pursuit of excellence” than those in the class of 2022. Some secondary indicators have statistical differences among the three grades. Conclusion:The reliability and validity of the Resident Professionalism Scale used was good,and the overall resident professionalism was fair,but improvement is still needed,with the specifics of resident professionalism varying by grade level. Hospitals can take steps to promote healthy resident professionalism based on the findings of the study.
