中文摘要: 目的:分析福建省二级以上公立医院职工工作满意度现状及其影响因素,并提出相应对策建议。方法:按照《福建省二级以上公立医院满意度调查方案》,通过第三方调查评估,以网络调查的方式,于2020年11月至2021年10月,对全省194家二级以上公立医院职工进行满意度调查。对数据分别采用单因素分析、二分类多因素logistic回归分析职工工作满意度的影响因素。结果:2021年福建省二级以上公立医院职工总体满意度较2019年和2020年有较大提升,其中薪资与工作匹配性上升幅度最大,且性别、收入水平、岗位、在岗年限、职称均是影响职工工作满意度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:福建省二级以上公立医院职工工作满意度整体向好,二级公立医院职工满意度有待提高。今后应加大对二级以上公立医院职工满意度中分值较低的发展前景、薪资与工作匹配性等维度的关注,进一步提升福建省二级以上公立医院职工工作满意度,以促进福建省公立医院高质量发展。
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of job satisfaction of staff in secondary and above public hospitals in Fujian Province,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Methods:According to the Satisfaction Survey Plan of Fujian Secondary and above public Hospitals,through third-party investigation and evaluation,the satisfaction survey was conducted among the employees of 194 secondary and above public hospitals in Fujian province from November 2020 to October 2021. Single factor analysis and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of employees’ job satisfaction. Results:Compared with 2019 and 2020,the overall satisfaction of staff in secondary and above public hospitals in Fujian Province in 2021 was significantly improved,among which the salary and job matching increased the most,and gender,income level,position,years on the job and title were the main factors affecting the staff’s job satisfaction(P<0.05). Conclusion:The overall job satisfaction of the staff of secondary and above public hospitals in Fujian Province is improving,and the satisfaction of the staff of secondary and above public hospitals needs to be improved. In the future,more attention should be paid to the development prospect,salary and job matching and other dimensions of the low score of satisfaction of the staff of secondary and above public hospitals,so as to further improve the job satisfaction of the staff of secondary and above public hospitals in Fujian Province. In order to promote the high quality development of public hospitals in Fujian Province.
