Abstract:Objective：To describe the statistics of DIP settlement data of a certain hospital，analyze the influencing factors of low-doubling rate cases，and propose improvement suggestions to reduce the settlement rate of low-doubling rate cases in the hospital. Methods：The data of low-doubling rate cases of DIP settlement in a certain grade A tertiary hospital in Yangzhou City from July to December 2022 were selected for the study，and the type of medical insurance，disease structure，RW value and cost of low-doubling rate cases were analyzed. Results：The settlement rate of low-doubling cases in employee health insurance was significantly lower than that of patients in resident health insurance；the top 5 disease types in terms of the number of cases accounted for 73.66% of the total number of low-doubling cases；the RW value < 0.5 accounted for 91.13% of the total number of low-multiplier cases；total medical costs <3000 CNY accounted for 72.06% of the total number of low-multiplier cases. Conclusion：The settlement rate of low multiplier cases was associated with the type of medical insurance of patients，oncology radiotherapy，admission of disease and other factors. In view of the above factors，improvement suggestions were made to reduce the settlement rate of low-doubling rate cases，which provide a reference basis for improving the level of refinement of DIP management and promoting high-quality sustainable development of hospitals.
