Package Management Acute Myocardial Infarction Treatment Process Time Satisfaction
目的:探究套餐化管理法在急性心肌梗死患者救治护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法:以随机数字表法作为此次试验分组方式,将南京市第一医院2022年1月-10月收治的70例急性心肌梗死患者分为两组,每组35例,对照组给予常规救治流程干预,观察组在对照组救治流程基础上实行套餐化管理,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组患者就诊分诊所需时间、完成心电图时间、导管室激活、用药时间以及完成手术准备时间、进出急诊时间、住院总治疗时间及球囊扩张时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组患者对护理的总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:将套餐化管理法应用在急性心肌梗死患者救治中,可缩短各项流程所需时间以及诊治项目所需时间,护理满意度高。
Objective:To explore the application value of package management method in the quality management of nursing staff in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients. Method:Using the random number table method as the grouping method for this experiment,70 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from January to October 2022 were divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment process intervention,while the observation group implemented package management based on the treatment process of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The results showed that the time required for patients in the observation group to visit the sub clinic,complete the electrocardiogram,activate the catheter room,take medication,prepare for surgery,enter and exit the emergency department,total hospitalization treatment time,and balloon dilation time were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group with nursing care was 97.14%,which was higher than that of the control group by 82.86%,with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Applying the package management method to the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients can shorten the time required for various processes and diagnosis and treatment projects,resulting in high nursing satisfaction.
