中文摘要: 目的：探索公立医院联合慈善组织成立专项基金，构建并实施早产儿医疗救助模式。方法：回顾性分析2020年某市妇幼保健院与市慈善总会联合成立的早产儿救助专项基金的基金来源及救助早产儿的情况。结果：基金来源以公益机构为主，占比71.49%；捐助次数≥2次的单位或个人占比为72%；救助早产儿17名，总救助金额22.5万元。结论：专项基金有助于完善社会保障体系，关爱社会弱势群体，对树立医院良好形象，打造温情城市名片起到积极促进作用。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the construction of a special fund jointly established by public hospitals and charitable organizations to implement the medical assistance model for premature infants. Method：A retrospective analysis was conducted on the funding sources and assistance situation of the premature infant rescue special fund jointly established by a certainCity Maternal and Child Health Hospital and City Charity Federation in 2020. Result：71.49% of the funds were mainly from public welfare institutions，and 72% of the units or individuals who donated more than or equal to 2 times；17 premature infants were rescued with a total amount of 225，000 yuan. Conclusion：The special fund improves the social security system，cares for vulnerable groups in society，and plays a positive role in establishing a good image of the hospital and creating a warm city business card.
