Abstract:Objective：In response to the practical needs of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）after coronary heart disease，our hospital has established a “cloud follow-up” mode in order to achieve more efficient follow-up of patients. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of this model. Methods：Patients with first-episode coronary artery disease who underwent PCI and “cloud follow-up” at our hospital between July 2021 and December 2022 were selected for the study，and all of them had self-assessed health scores at the time of enrollment. The patients had baseline self-assessment health scores，and their most recent self-assessment health scores were evaluated. The difference between the two scores was used as the primary outcome measure. Patients were assigned to different groups according to the duration of “cloud follow-up，” and the effectiveness of the “cloud follow-up” mode was evaluated by comparing the differences in self-assessment health scores between the groups. Results：Patients who received “cloud follow-up” for a longer duration had significantly improved self-assessment health scores. Therefore，the “cloud follow-up” mode may help improve the self-assessment health status of patients. Conclusion：Timely grasp of patients’ physical condition，efficient use of medical resources，establishment of new follow-up channels，and improving postoperative patient self-assessment of health status.
