目的：调查宿迁二级及以上医疗机构日间手术实施情况，分析可能影响日间手术实施的因素，提出对策建议，为日间手术的实施提供借鉴。方法：对宿迁市二级及以上医疗机构管理人员进行问卷调查，共回收有效问卷96份。运用统计描述、卡方检验和二元多因素logistic回归方法分析日间手术实施影响因素。结果：床位使用率、医疗机构的重视与支持对日间手术的实施有显著的影响。结论：医疗机构应转变观念，强化认识，提高日间手术的重视与支持程度，积极探索日间手术实施路径，促进日间手术的可持续发展。
Objective：To investigate the implementation of day surgery in secondary and above medical institutions in Suqian，analyze the factors that may affect the implementation of day surgery，and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of day surgery. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted among the managers of secondary and above medical institutions in Suqian，and 96 valid questionnaires were collected. Statistical description，Chi-square test and binary multiple logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of day surgery. Results：The bed utilization rate and the attention and support of medical institutions have significant influence on the implementation of day surgery. Conclusion：Medical institutions should change their ideas，strengthen their understanding，increase the degree of attention and support for day surgery，and actively explore the implementation path of day surgery to promote day surgery sustainable development.
