目的：分析现阶段江苏省中医药政策的侧重点，为后续政策制定与完善提供合理性建议。方法：运用内容分析法分析2010-2022年江苏省发布的中医药相关政策文件。结果：政策工具维度中，供给型、需求型和环境型政策工具的占比分别为36.19%、15.06%、48.71%。中医药发展体系维度中，医疗服务体系占比最大，为34.73%，科研创新体系占比最小，仅有12.13%。结论：建议提高政府权威性和各部门合作力度；调整中医药政策工具的比例；优化中医药发展体系政策结构；发挥政策工具和中医药发展体系的协同作用。

Objective：Analyze the focus of the current Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）policies in Jiangsu Province，offering rational suggestions for subsequent policy formulation and improvement. Methods：Establish a content analysisof the TCM development system，analyzing the related policy documents of TCM issued by Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2022. Results：In the dimension of policy tools，the proportions of supply-type，demand-type，and environment-type policy tools are 36.19%，15.06%，and 48.71% respectively. In the dimension of the TCM development system，the healthcare service system holds the largest proportion，being34.73%，while the scientific research innovation system has the smallest proportion，merely 12.13%. Conclusion：It is advised to enhance the authority of the government and the cooperation among various departments；adjust the proportion of TCM policy tools；optimize the policy structure of the TCM development system；and play a synergistic role between policy tools and the TCM development system.
