DEA Allocation Efficiency of Health Resources Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

目的：通过分析2020年珠三角某市中医类医院的综合服务效率，为该市下一步调整资源配置和发展规划提供参考。方法：利用数据包络分析（Data Envelopment Analysis，DEA）方法分析2020年该市所辖各区（市）中医类医院资源投入和产出，对服务效率作出综合评价。结果：2020年珠三角某市行政区域中共有3家中医类医院达到DEA有效，5家中医类医院DEA无效，存在投入冗余或产出不足的问题。结论：该市中医类医院2020年度卫生资源配置效率偏低，卫生资源投入过剩是主要原因，应科学统筹加强中医药卫生资源规划，合理配置卫生资源，提升医院服务能力。
Objective：By analyzing the comprehensive service efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals under the jurisdiction of a city in the Pearl River Delta in 2020，we can provide thereference for the next adjustment of resource allocation and development planning of the city. Methods：Data Envelopment Analysis，DEA method was used to analyze the resource input and output of medical hospitals in all districts of the city in 2020，and the service efficiency was comprehensively evaluated. Results：In 2020，there were 3 Chinese medicine hospitals with DEA efficiency in a city in the Pearl River Delta，and 5 Chinese medicine hospitals with DEA inefficiency，which resulted in redundant input or insufficient output. Conclusion：The allocation efficiency of health resources in medical hospitals in this city in 2020 is low，and the main reason is the excessive investment of health resources. It is necessary to scientifically and comprehensively strengthen the planning of health resources of traditional Chinese medicine，rationally allocate health resources，and improve the service capacity of hospitals.
