Emergency Triage Card Early Warning Hierarchical Management Emergency Myocardial Infarction The Success Rate of Treatment Satisfaction Rate
目的：探讨急诊分诊卡联合预警分级管理对急诊心肌梗死患者救治成功率的影响。方法：2022年7月-2022年12月对急诊心肌梗死（AMI）患者实施急诊分诊卡联合质控指标目标值管理，比较实施前（2022年1月至2022年6月）和实施后急诊AMI患者救治成功率、救治效果及患者满意度。结果：实施后救治成功率高于实施前（P < 0.05），实施后患者心脏不良事件发生率、急诊留观率、入住CCU率低于实施前（P < 0.05）。实施后分诊评估时间、建立静脉通道时间、首份心电图时间、肌钙蛋白T检测时间、抗凝时间、溶栓时间短于实施前（P < 0.05）。实施后患者对急诊预检工作人员态度、就诊顺序处理、挂号就诊流程管理、候诊室环境管理、护理技能水平、预检等待时间、健康宣教等满意率都比实施前高（P < 0.05）。结论：急诊分诊卡联合预警分级管理能有效减少AMI急诊患者的抢救时间，提升抢救成功率及满意率。
Objective：To explore the impact of emergency triage card combined with warning grading management on the success rate of emergency treatment for myocardial infarction patients. Method：Emergency triage card combined with quality control index target value management were implemented for emergency myocardial infarction（AMI）patients from July 2022 to December 2022. The success rate，treatment effect，and patient satisfaction of emergency AMI patients before implementation（January 2022 to June 2022）and after implementation were compared. Result：The success rate of treatment after implementation were higher than before implementation（P < 0.05），and the incidence of adverse cardiac events，emergency observation rate，and admission rate to CCU were lower than before implementation（P < 0.05）. The triage evaluation events，time to establish venous channels，first electrocardiogram time，troponin T time，anticoagulation time，and thrombolysis time after implementation were shorter than before implementation（P < 0.05）.The patients’ satisfaction rate with the emergency pre examination staff’s attitude，the treatment of the visiting order，the process management of registered visits，the waiting room environment management，the level of nursing skills，the waiting time for pre examination，health education and other aspects after implementation were higher than before implementation（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The combination of emergency triage card and early warning grading management can effectively reduce the rescue time of AMI emergency patients，improve the success rate and satisfaction rate of rescue.
