目的:分析某三甲专科互联网医院患者挂号时间及医生人力资源优化措施。方法:调查2022年该互联网医院就诊患者的挂号时间,按照分时人次数,对患者挂号时间进行所涉科室时点分布曲线分析。结果:该互联网医院2022全年挂号人次数为21 926人次,日均60.07人次;以全天候24小时计算,时均2.5人次。22时~7时与8时~16时挂号人数具有显著差异,9时为最高峰值,逐步降至17时白天谷值,18时~22时存在小幅震荡情形。结论:分析某类病种的互联网医院患者挂号时间分布特点,医院可据此合理安排医生排班,提高医生接诊效率,优化平衡实体医院与互联网医院人力资源配置。
Objective:To analyze the registration time of patients and the optimization measures of human resources for doctors’ reception in a certain grade A tertiary speciality Internet hospital. Methods:The registration time of patients in the Internet hospital of the hospital in2022 was investigated. According to the number of time-sharing people,the time distribution curve of the department involved in the patient registration time was analyzed. Results:The number of registered people in the hospital’s Internet hospital in 2022 was 21,926,with an average daily number of 60.07;it is calculated 24 hours a day,with an average of 2.5 people. There is a significant difference in the number of registered people between 22:00-7:00 and 8:00-16:00. The peak value is at 9:00,and gradually decreases to the valley value at 17:00 during the day. There is a slight oscillation between 18:00-22:00. Conclusion:To analyze the distribution characteristics of Internet medical registration time of patients with certain diseases,hospitals can reasonably arrange doctor scheduling,improve doctor reception efficiency,and optimize the allocation of human resources between physical hospitals and Internet hospitals.
