Abstract:Objective:To analyze the registration time of patients and the optimization measures of human resources for doctors’ reception in a certain grade A tertiary speciality Internet hospital. Methods：The registration time of patients in the Internet hospital of the hospital in2022 was investigated. According to the number of time-sharing people，the time distribution curve of the department involved in the patient registration time was analyzed. Results：The number of registered people in the hospital’s Internet hospital in 2022 was 21，926，with an average daily number of 60.07；it is calculated 24 hours a day，with an average of 2.5 people. There is a significant difference in the number of registered people between 22：00-7：00 and 8：00-16：00. The peak value is at 9：00，and gradually decreases to the valley value at 17：00 during the day. There is a slight oscillation between 18：00-22：00. Conclusion：To analyze the distribution characteristics of Internet medical registration time of patients with certain diseases，hospitals can reasonably arrange doctor scheduling，improve doctor reception efficiency，and optimize the allocation of human resources between physical hospitals and Internet hospitals.
