方舱医院患者膳食满意度调查研究△

摘要:
目的:了解方舱医院患者的膳食满意度及其影响因素,为提高方舱医院患者的膳食满意度提供参考依据。方法:采用调查问卷对上海国展中心方舱医院的住院患者进行膳食调查,调查内容包括患者的一般资料、膳食结构及医院膳食满意度。结果:共回收有效问卷63份。患者对饭菜保温情况满意度较高,11.1%的患者对饭菜花色种类不满意,7.9%的患者对饭菜口味不满意。患者对方舱医院膳食整体满意度受性别和文化程度影响较大,女性的医院膳食整体满意度低于男性,文化程度较高的住院患者总体膳食满意度低于文化程度较低的患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同年龄、营养状况、便秘情况、合并基础疾病的患者医院膳食整体满意度均无显著差异(P > 0.05)。结论:患者对方舱医院的膳食总体表示满意,但是在饭菜花色种类、饭菜口味和关注重点人群需求等方面尚需进一步改善和提高。

Abstract:
Objective:To understand the dietary satisfaction of patients and its influencing factors,so as to provide the reference for improving the dietary satisfaction of patients in Fangcang shelter hospitals. Methods:A questionnaire was used to conduct a dietary survey of inpatients in Fangcang shelter hospital of Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center,which included basic information,dietary structure and dietary satisfaction of patients. Results:A total of 63 valid questionnaires were recovered. Inpatients were highly satisfied with the heat preservation of meals. However,11.1% of the inpatients were dissatisfied with the variety of meals,and 7.9% of the inpatients were dissatisfied with the taste of meals. The overall dietary satisfaction of patients in Fangcangshelter hospital was greatly affected by gender and education level. It was found that the overall dietary satisfaction of women was lower than that of men,and the inpatients with higher education levels had lower overall dietary satisfaction compared with inpatients with low education levels,and the differences were both statistically significant(P<0.05). However,there were no significant differences in overall dietary satisfaction among patients of different ages,nutritional status,constipation and underlying medical conditions(P > 0.05). Conclusion:The patients were generally satisfied with the meals of Fangcang shelter hospitals,but there was still a need for further improvement in terms of the variety of food,the taste of meals and the needs of key populations.
