目的：分析江西省11个地级市医疗卫生资源空间集聚特征，为推进江西省医疗卫生资源配置均衡化、公平化提供借鉴思路。方法：构建江西省医疗卫生资源集聚特征评价指标体系，运用熵权TOPSIS法确定各项指标的权重并对医疗卫生资源集聚水平进行评价，并利用GIS技术分析江西省不同地区医疗卫生资源的空间差异。结果：卫生健康收入、医疗机构数和床位数指标熵权值排名前三，分别为0.2185、0.1623、0.1290，对江西省医疗卫生资源集聚水平影响显著；在综合医疗卫生资源集聚水平方面，赣北地区最高、赣南地区第二、赣东地区第三、赣西地区最低，集聚水平分别为0.870、0.551、0.381、0.006。结论：江西省医疗卫生资源集聚水平表现出两级分化的特点，存在较大的区域差异。

Objective：To analyze the spatial clustering characteristics of medical and health resources in 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province，and to provide reference ideas for promoting the balanced and fair allocation of medical and health resources in Jiangxi Province. Methods：To construct an evaluation index system for the agglomeration characteristics of medical and health resources in Jiangxi Province，and to determine the weight determination of each index as well as to evaluate the level of agglomeration of medical and health resources by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method，and to analyze the spatial differences of medical and health resources in different regions of Jiangxi Province by using GIS technology. Results：The entropy weights of health care income，number of medical institutions and number of beds indexes ranked the top three with 0.2185，0.1623 and 0.1290，respectively，which have significant influence on the level of medical and health care resource agglomeration in Jiangxi Province，in terms of comprehensive medical and health care resource agglomeration level，the highest in Northern Jiangxi，the second in Southern Jiangxi，the third in Eastern Jiangxi and the lowest in Western Jiangxi，with agglomeration levels of 0.870，0.551，0.381 and 0.006，respectively. Conclusion：The agglomeration level of medical and health care resources in Jiangxi Province shows two levels of differentiation，and there are large regional differences.
