Abstract:Objective：To build a scientific and practical diversified science popularization management model of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），and improve the current situation of it. Methods：Use the method of subject-achieving quality control circle（QCC），and follow the cycle of plan-do-check-action（PDCA）to carry out project research.Combining the work experience of the TCM science popularization，innovate methods and concepts，summarize the achievements，and build the science popularization management model. Results：The five most appropriate strategies of the project were well implemented and evaluated，and thesixvisualization goals were effectively achieved：the forms of science popularization activities were increased from six to nine. The participation of members increased from 20.83% to 48.89%.The number of publicity exposures increased from 1 to 3 times. The time for selecting the theme of an activity was reduced from 2.2 to 0.6 hours. The feedback rate of activities increased from 30% to 100%. The average score of traditional Chinese medicine popularization activities has increased from 2.85 points to 4.53 points per quarter. Intangible achievements are displayed in the improvement of capacity. The diversified science popularization management model of TCM has achieved. Conclusions：Initially constructed a science popularization management model of TCM with diversification as the core，with the team management，project management and efficiency management as supports. It improved the current situation of the team’s science popularization work，produced more high-quality TCM science popularization works，and provided case reference and method support for the diversified development of TCM science popularization.
