| 目的：通过观察2019年-2021年滨海县新生儿出生缺陷人数和出生缺陷类型，结合该县具体情况，探讨该县出生缺陷率居高的可能原因，并提出相应的建议。方法：收集滨海县2019年-2021年14 713名新生儿资料，其中2019年6 078名、2020年4 969名、2021年3 666名。统计分析出生缺陷发生率、男婴与女婴出生缺陷数、出生缺陷类别数、致死致残性缺陷情况及新生儿出生缺陷的影响因素。结果：2019年-2021年出生缺陷率差异以及男女婴组间出生缺陷率差异无统计学意义（P ≥ 0.05），该县与江苏省及周边县（市、区）出生缺陷率差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：滨海县新生儿出生缺陷率居高的原因可能是群众思想认识不到位、高龄产妇数量不断增加、婚检孕检完成率偏低、检查服务能力严重不足所导致。相关部门应根据实际情况，进一步完善服务体系，强化三级预防和监测，夯实出生缺陷防治基础。 |

| Objective：By observing the number and types of birth defects of newborns in Binhai County from 2019 to 2021，and combining the specific conditions of the county，to explore the possible reasons for the high birth defect rate in the county，and put forward corresponding suggestions. Methods：The data of 14，713 newborns in Binhai County from 2019 to 2021 were collected，including 6，078 in 2019，4，969 in 2020 and 3，666 in 2021. The incidence of birth defects，the number of birth defectsin male and female infants，the number of types of birth defects，the situation of fatal and disabling defects and the influencing factors of newborn birth defects were statistically analyzed. Results：There was no significant difference in the birth defect rate between 2019 and 2021 and between male and female infant groups（P ≥ 0.05）. There was a significant difference in the birth rate between this county and Jiangsu Province and surrounding counties（cities，districts）（P＜0.05）. Conclusion：The reason for the high birth defect rate of newborns in Binhai County may be the lack of public awareness，the increasing number of elderly mothers，the low completion rate of premarital examination and pregnancy check，and the serious lack of inspection service capacity. Relevant departments should further improve the service system，strengthen three-level prevention and monitoring，and lay a solid foundation for the prevention and control of birth defects according to the actual situation. |
