Abstract:Objective：Based on the provincial health information platform and the needs of low-income population management，the health poverty alleviation information management system is developed to realize the dynamic monitoring and fine management of low-income population. Methods：Make full use of information technology，strengthen the role of the platform in interconnection，integrate the health and medical data gathered in the whole province，apply the B/S system model，and develop a health poverty alleviation management system for the whole province. Results：The system is simple and easy to use，which meets the needs of low-income population health management，and realizes the dynamic management of low-income population health status. Conclusion：Timely obtain the health data of low-income population，automatically push it to the grass-roots management doctors，accurately provide “one-to-one” services such as health assessment，medication guidance and medical guidance for the health poverty alleviation objects，and promote the implementation of various policies and measures of health poverty alleviation.
