| 目的：分析本院住院患者近五年恶性肿瘤构成。方法：以医院住院部2017年-2021年收治的恶性肿瘤患者5 029例为观察对象，比较恶性肿瘤患者科室分布情况、疾病种类分布。结果：年份数据显示，恶性肿瘤患者呈现逐年增加的趋势，其中2017年最少，有833例；2021年最多，达1 188例。疾病种类，肺癌占比23.8%，其次为乳腺癌18.1%、胃癌14.8%及结肠癌14.3%，肝癌、膀胱癌、肾癌、子宫体癌、子宫颈癌均有一定占比。 不同类型肿瘤年龄分布显示，胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌、膀胱癌、肾癌多发在60岁及以上，乳腺癌、子宫颈癌、子宫体癌多发于45-59岁间，肝癌在45岁以上均好发。结论：住院恶性肿瘤患者呈现逐年增加的趋势，且各系统疾病均有一定发生率，其中肺癌与乳腺癌患者比较多，45岁以上为多发年龄，对肿瘤患者要做到早发现早治疗，以延长患者生存时间。 |

| Statistical Analysis of Malignant Tumor Composition of Hospitalized Patients in Recent Five Years△ |

| Objective：To analyze the composition of malignant tumors in inpatients in recent five years. Methods：5，029 patients with malignant tumor admitted to the inpatient department of our hospital from 2017 to 2021 were selected as the observation objects，and the department distribution and disease type distribution of malignant tumor patients were compared. Results：The data from the year showed that the number of malignant tumor patients showed an increasing trend year by year. In 2017，there were the least，833 cases，and in 2021，there were the most，1，188 cases. The analysis of the distribution of disease types showed that lung cancer accounted for 23.8%，followed by breast cancer 18.1%，gastric cancer 14.8% and colon cancer 14.3%，liver cancer，bladder cancer，kidney cancer，uterine body cancer and cervical cancer all accounted for a certain proportion. The age distribution of different types of tumors showed that gastric cancer，lung cancer，colon cancer，bladder cancer and kidney cancer were most common in 60 years old and above，breast cancer，cervical cancer and body cancer of uterus were most common in 45-59 years old，and liver cancer was most common in 45 years old and above. Conclusion：The patients with malignant tumors in the inpatient department show an increasing trend year by year，and the disease has a certain incidence in all systems. Among them，the patients with lung cancer and breast cancer are more frequent，and the age above 45 is the most frequent age. In clinical practice，attention should be paid to early detection and treatment of tumor patients，so as to prolong the survival time of patients. |
