| 目的：探讨“眼睛效应”监督线索在门诊环境物表保洁工作中的应用。方法：将“眼睛”照片张贴在保洁登记单的上方，使用荧光检测套装在门诊自助挂号机等高频使用的按钮、屏幕等物体表面进行标记，监测张贴前后清洁率的变化。结果：荧光检测结果显示，张贴“眼睛”照片前，6个高频接触表面荧光标记清除率较低，平均30.81％；张贴后，清洁率平均提高到80.62%。结论：“眼睛效应”应用于门诊环境物表的保洁工作中，改善了清洁员的行为，起到第三方监督的作用，简单而有效。 |

| Objective：To explore the application of “Effects of eye images” supervision cues in the cleaning work of outpatient environmental objects. Method：Post the photo of the “eye” on the top of the cleaning registration form，and use the fluorescent marking method to mark the surface of objects such as high-contact self-service check-in machines in outpatient clinics，and monitor the changes in the cleaning rate before and after posting. Result：Fluorescence detection results showed that the 6 high-frequency contact surfaces labeled in the first stage had a low clearance rate of fluorescent labels，with an average of 30.81%. Analyzing the reasons and posting photos of the “eyes” led to a significant improvement in the cleaning rate of all 6 high-touch surfaces，increasing to an average of 80.62%. Conclusion：We applied the eye effect to the cleaning work of the outpatient environment table，which improved the behavior of the cleaners. Play the role of third-party supervision，simple and effective. |
