Abstract:Objective：To explore the application of “Effects of eye images” supervision cues in the cleaning work of outpatient environmental objects. Method：Post the photo of the “eye” on the top of the cleaning registration form，and use the fluorescent marking method to mark the surface of objects such as high-contact self-service check-in machines in outpatient clinics，and monitor the changes in the cleaning rate before and after posting. Result：Fluorescence detection results showed that the 6 high-frequency contact surfaces labeled in the first stage had a low clearance rate of fluorescent labels，with an average of 30.81%. Analyzing the reasons and posting photos of the “eyes” led to a significant improvement in the cleaning rate of all 6 high-touch surfaces，increasing to an average of 80.62%. Conclusion：We applied the eye effect to the cleaning work of the outpatient environment table，which improved the behavior of the cleaners. Play the role of third-party supervision，simple and effective.
