Abstract:Objective：To analyze the research status of psychiatric nosocomial infection based on knowledge graph，clarify the hot spots and frontiers in this field，and provide new ideas for the management of psychiatric nosocomial infection. Methods：Based on the relevant literatures in the field of psychiatric nosocomial infection included in CNKI，VIP and Wan Fang Data database，Cite Space was used to analyze the number of publications，regional distribution and keywords. Results：Nosocomial infection in psychiatric department was widely concerned by scholars around the world，and the number of publications was on the rise. Most of the research methods were retrospective investigation combined with prospective study. The subjects were biased towards specific psychiatric patients and medical staff. The main contents of the study were pathogenic bacteria，and hand hygiene；The key words highlight that antimicrobial drugs，quality control circle，closed ward are the future research direction. Conclusion：The research on nosocomial infection in psychiatric department has received continuous attention，but the output and quality of related literature are not high. Research in the field of psychiatric nosocomial infection needs to be further promoted.
