中文摘要: 目的：研究PDCA循环对临床危急值管理质量的影响。方法：收集2021年1~6月未实施PDCA 循环管理的危急值报告，与实施PDCA循环管理后的2021年8~12月的危急值报告进行相关数据比较。结果：实施PDCA循环管理后，我院2021年的危急值及时报告率、及时处置率、及时记录率分别由90.20%、82.71%、75.62%提高至97.64%、93.78%、95.88%。结论：PDCA循环能有效提高临床危急值管理质量。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the influences of PDCA cycle on the quality of clinical critical value management. Methods：The critical values of January to June 2021 without PDCA cycle management were collected and compared with the critical values of August to December 2021 after PDCA cycle management. Results：After the implementation of PDCA cycle management，the timely reporting rate，timely handling rate and timely recording rate of critical values in our hospital in 2021 increased from 90.20%，82.71% and 75.62%to 97.64%，93.78% and 95.88% respectively. Conclusion：PDCA cycle can improve the quality of clinical critical value management effectively.
