中文摘要: 目的：探讨老年高血压居民的家庭关怀度、健康素养、自我护理能力的中介作用。方法：采用随机抽样法，应用老年高血压居民的一般资料、健康素养量表、家庭关怀度指数量表、自我护理能力实施量表，对2022年2月至2022年5月扬州市某社区高血压居民进行问卷调查。结果：298名老年高血压居民的自我护理能力的条目均分为（98.77±21.181）分，健康素养的条目均分为（139.02±25.856）分，家庭关怀度的条目均分为（5.60±1.590）分；Pearson相关分析显示，研究对象的家庭关怀度与健康素养、自我护理能力呈正相关，健康素养与家庭关怀度的相关系数是0.277，家庭关怀度与自我护理能力的相关系数为0.633，健康素养与自我护理能力的相关系数为0.327，均P＜0.001；采用Bootstrap方法检验家庭关怀度在健康素养与自我护理能力方面的中介作用，中介效应占总效应的比例为53.38%。结论：家庭关怀度在老年高血压居民健康素养与自我护理能力间起中介作用，提高老年高血压居民的家庭关怀度和健康素养是提升自我护理能力的有效途径。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the mediating role of family caring degree，health literacy and self-care ability of elderly hypertension residents. Methods：A random sampling method was used to investigate the general information，health literacy scale，family caring index scale and self-care ability implementation scaleof elderly hypertension residents in a community of Yangzhou City from February 2022 to May 2022. Results：All 298 elderly residents with hypertension were scored（98.77±21.181）points for self-care ability，（139.02±25.856）points for health literacy，and（5.60±1.590）points for family caring. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the degree of family caring was positively correlated with health literacy and self-care ability of the study subjects. The correlation coefficient between health literacy and family caring degree was 0.277，the correlation coefficient between family caring degree and self-care ability was 0.633，and the correlation coefficient between health literacy and self-care ability was 0.327，both P < 0.001. The Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect of family caring degree on health literacy and self-care ability，and the mediating effect accounted for 53.38% of the total effect. Conclusion：The degree of family care plays an intermediary role between the health literacy and self-care ability of elderly hypertension residents. Improving the degree of family care and health literacy of elderly hypertension residents is an effective way to improve the self-care ability.
