中文摘要: 中国医用耗材市场规模3200亿元，其中高值医用耗材达到1500亿元，而冠脉支架作为高值医用耗材之一，几乎占到了全国高值医用耗材总费用的十分之一。由于价格高，需求大，冠脉支架成为了首批国家集中带量采购的耗材品种。本文以心脏冠脉支架国家集采为例，研究冠脉支架集采对患者、医院运营、医生的影响。结果显示高值耗材集采不仅能减轻患者负担，推动医院精细化管理，还能在一定程度上提高医生的阳光薪酬。因此，公立医院应把握改革机会，转变传统运营模式，完善绩效考核制度，促进医院高质量发展。
Abstract:China’s medical consumables market size is as large as 320 billion yuan，in which high-value medical consumables reach 150 billion yuan. Meanwhile，as one of the high-value medical consumables，coronary stent accounts for almost one-tenth of national total cost of high-value medical consumables. Due to its high price and great demand，coronary stent has become the first batch of consumables by national volume-based procurement. This paper takes national volume-based procurement of cardiac coronary stents as an example to study its influence on patients，hospital operations and doctors. Our results show that volume-based procurement of high-value consumables can not only reduce the burden of patients and promote the fine management of hospitals，but also improve the sunshine salary of doctors to a certain extent. Therefore，public hospitals should grasp the opportunity to transform the traditional operation mode，improve the performance appraisal system，and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
