目的：为了解江苏省传染病医院运行现状和补偿政策中存在的主要问题，健全传染病医院补偿政策，促进传染病防治事业健康发展。方法：于2021年8月至9月，采用统一制定的调查表对江苏省12家独立核算的传染病医院进行专项调查，包括2018-2020年财政投入情况和机构运行效率情况。结果：12家传染病医院财政补助占总支出的比例高于全省平均水平。传染病医院每职工平均诊疗人次远低于全省公立医院平均水平，平均住院天数高于全省平均水平。结论：传染病医院运行效率欠佳，建议构建刚性的、平疫结合的补偿机制，保障传染病医院日常的健康运转和持续发展，确保及时、高效地处理突发公共卫生事件。

Objective：To explore thecurrent problems of infectious disease hospitals in Jiangsu Province and the insufficient of compensation policyand current situation，improve the compensation policy for infectious disease hospitals and promote the healthy development of infectious disease prevention and treatment. Methods：From August to September，2021，a unified questionnaire was used to conduct a special survey on 12 independently-accounted infectious disease hospitals in Jiangsu Province，including the financial investment and institutional operation efficiency from 2018 to 2020. Results：The proportion of financial subsidies in the total expenditure of the 12 independently-accounted infectious disease hospitals were higher than the provincial average. The average number of patients per staff much lower than the provincial average level of public hospitals，the average hospitalization days are higher than the provincial average level. Conclusion：The operation efficiency of infectious disease hospitals is low. It is recommended to build a rigid compensation mechanism combining epidemic control to ensure the daily healthy operation and sustainable development of infectious disease hospitals，and to ensure timely and efficient handling of public health emergencies.
