Abstract:Objective: To objectively analyze the current situation of the scientific research of the hospital, discuss the existing problems and put forward improvement suggestions based on the analysis of scientific research projects in a municipal hospital from 2016 to 2021. Methods: Collecting the data of scientific research projects from 2016 to 2021 in the hospital. Use Excel to establish a database, and analyze the number of projects approved, project level, funds, subject distribution through descriptive statistical analysis methods. Results: In 6 years, the hospital has totally obtained 58 scientific research projects, including 5 provincial projects (8.62%) and 53 municipal projects (91.38%). The projects were mainly undertaken by medical personnel aged under 45 years old, and covered a total of 23 departments in the hospital. Key disciplines account for 41.4%. Conclusion: The research foundation in the hospital is poor, the quality and quantity of scientific research projects urgently need to be improved. It is recommended to improve the scientific research level of the hospital by establishing and improving the incentive and assessment mechanism for scientific research, attaching importance to the cultivation of scientific research talents, strengthening process management of key clinical specialties.
