[目的] 通过对福建省某市级医院2016-2021年科研立项情况进行分析，客观总结该院科研工作现状，并针对存在的问题提出改进建议。[方法]收集2016-2021年该院获批科研立项的资料，运用Excel建立数据库，通过描述性分析方法对立项数量、项目级别、资助经费、学科分布等情况进行分析。[结果] 6年间该院共获科研立项58项，其中省部级5项（8.62%），市厅级53项（91.38%）；主要由45周岁以下的医务人员承担，科研立项分布在医院23个科室，临床重点学科承担立项数占医院总立项数的41.4%。[结论] 该院科研基础较薄弱，科研项目的质和量均亟待提升，建议通过健全科研激励与考核机制，重视科研人才队伍培育，加强临床重点专科过程管理等措施，加快医院科研发展，提高医院科研水平。
Objective: To objectively analyze the current situation of the scientific research of the hospital, discuss the existing problems and put forward improvement suggestions based on the analysis of scientific research projects in a municipal hospital from 2016 to 2021. Methods: Collecting the data of scientific research projects from 2016 to 2021 in the hospital. Use Excel to establish a database, and analyze the number of projects approved, project level, funds, subject distribution through descriptive statistical analysis methods. Results: In 6 years, the hospital has totally obtained 58 scientific research projects, including 5 provincial projects (8.62%) and 53 municipal projects (91.38%). The projects were mainly undertaken by medical personnel aged under 45 years old, and covered a total of 23 departments in the hospital. Key disciplines account for 41.4%. Conclusion: The research foundation in the hospital is poor, the quality and quantity of scientific research projects urgently need to be improved. It is recommended to improve the scientific research level of the hospital by establishing and improving the incentive and assessment mechanism for scientific research, attaching importance to the cultivation of scientific research talents, strengthening process management of key clinical specialties.
