中文摘要: 目的：调查开展“优质服务基层行”活动两年以来，苏州地区社区护士的职业幸福感现状，探讨其影响因素。方法：应用微信问卷星形式，采用横断面、整群抽样的方法，邀请苏州地区社区卫生服务中心护士填写医务人员职业幸福感量表（The Medical Workers Professional Well-being Scale）。利用SPSS 26统计学软件进行数据处理，P < 0.05有统计学意义。结果：本次调查308名社区护士，职业幸福感总分（81.69±9.44）。社会支持维度得分（19.8938±3.37），价值/能力体现维度得分（21.662 5±4.07），工作环境维度得分（13.36±3.19），经济收入维度得分（9.44±2.86），身心健康维度得分（17.33±5.12）。结论：开展“优质服务基层行”活动两年以来，苏州地区社区护士的职业幸福感处于较高水平，并与编制及经济收入等因素有关。
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current situation of professional well-being of community nurses in Suzhou two years after the “high-quality service grass-roots line” activity，and to explore its influencing factors. Methods：In the form of Wechat questionnaire，using the method of cross-sectional and cluster sampling，the nurses of Suzhou community health service center were invited to fill in the medical workers professional well-being scale. The data were processed by spss26 statistical software（P < 0.05）. Results：The total score of occupational well-being of 308 community nurses was 81.69±9.44. Social support dimension score（19.8938±3.37），value/ability embodiment dimension score（21.6625±4.07），working environment dimension score（13.36±3.19），and economic income dimension score（9.44±2.86），physical and mental health dimension score（17.33±5.12）. Conclusion：Two years after the activity of “high-quality service at the grass-roots level”，the professional well-being of community nurses in Suzhou is at a high level，which is related to factors such as staffing and economic income.
