中文摘要: 目的： 探讨PDCA循环管理法在抗菌药物分级管理制度中的管理成效。方法：运用PDCA循环管理法，对抗菌药物分级管理制度中存在的问题进行分析，制定相应的管理措施并严格执行，比较PDCA方法执行前后各相关指标的改善情况。结果：临床医师对于抗菌药物分级管理制度的知晓率明显提高；特殊使用级抗菌药物使用量占比由15.2%降低至13.32%；特殊使用级抗菌药物的使用合理性明显提升，其中使用前请抗感染专家会诊率和使用前送检病原学检查率在整改前后有统计学差异。结论：PDCA循环管理法运用于抗菌药物分级管理制度可有效提高抗菌药物使用的合理性，减少特殊使用级抗菌药物的使用占比。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the application of PDCA cycle management method in grading management of antibiotics. Methods：Using the PDCA cycle to analyze the problems and formulate improvement measures. Results：Clinicians’ awareness of the antibacterial grading management has been significantly improved，the proportion of special-use antibioctics used has decreased from 15.2% to 13.32%，and the rationality has been significantly improved. Conclusion：The application of PDCA in the antibacterial grading management can effectively improve the rationality.
