    目的:构建我院内部配置大型医疗设备评估指标体系,为医院在规划大型医疗设备时提供精细化支持。方法:采用现场调查、数据分析等手段,通过专家咨询、问卷调查及层次分析法等方法,综合科室基本情况、区域诊疗服务需求、配置的必要性、技术可行性、预期使用情况、社会效益和经济效益等因素,确定我院大型医疗设备的配置评估体系。结果:形成一个由6个一级指标和16个二级指标构成的适用于医院内部的大型医疗设备配置评估指标。通过层次分析法建立各指标层次模型,并构造判断矩阵来让专家对个指标进行重要性比较,确定评估指标的各级权重。结论:该评价指标既考虑医院购置大型医疗设备后取得的经济效益又兼顾了医院获得的社会效益,推动医院对大型医疗设备配置的科学论证和精细化管理。

    Objective: to construct the evaluation index system of large medical equipment in our hospital, so as to provide fine support for the hospital in planning large medical equipment. Methods: a research group was established to integrate the basic situation of the Department, the demand for regional diagnosis and treatment services, the necessity of configuring equipment, technical feasibility, expected use, social and economic benefits by means of on-site investigation, data analysis, expert consultation, questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process, Determine the configuration evaluation system of large medical equipment in our hospital. Results: using Delphi expert consultation method, a large medical equipment allocation evaluation index composed of 6 primary indexes and 16 secondary indexes was formed, which was suitable for the hospital. The hierarchical model of each index is established by analytic hierarchy process, and the judgment matrix is constructed to allow experts to compare the importance of each index and determine the weight of each level of evaluation index. Conclusion: the evaluation index not only considers the economic benefits obtained by the hospital after purchasing large medical equipment, but also takes into account the social benefits obtained by the hospital, so as to promote the scientific demonstration and fine management of the allocation of large medical equipment.
