    目的:分析苏州市院前急救创伤分布情况,调整资源布局,整体提升创伤救治能力。方法:从苏州市急救中心提取2018-2020年院前急救创伤患者病历资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:创伤是占用院前急救资源最大的病种,院前急救创伤患者男女比为1.43:1,年龄集中在25-44岁年龄段的青年人群,每年2月为院前急救创伤病例的最低谷,一天中的高峰时段为8-9时和17-18时,院前急救创伤的主要发生地为道路,主要高发区是吴江区,主要类型为交通事故。结论:院前急救创伤病例在人群、时间和区域的分布有相对明显的规律,急救中心和有关部门可以此为依据,针对高危人群、高峰时节、重点区域、重点类型进行医疗资源整合和人员配置优化,提升创伤救治效率,降低创伤的致死率及致残率。

    Objective:To analyze the distribution of pre-hospital emergency trauma in Suzhou to adjust the layout of resources and improve the overall trauma treatment capacity. Methods:To extract the medical records of pre-hospital emergency trauma patients from Suzhou Emergency Center from 2018 to 2020,and conduct a retrospective analysis. Results:Trauma is the disease that occupies the largest pre-hospital emergency resources,the ratio of male to female in pre-hospital emergency trauma patients is 1.43:1,and the age is concentrated in the 25-44 years old. The lowest valley of pre-hospital emergency trauma cases is in February of the year,the peak hours of the day are 8-9 and 17-18,the main place of pre-hospital emergency trauma is the road,the main high incidence area is Wujiang District,and the main type is traffic accident. Conclusions:The distribution of pre-hospital emergency trauma cases in the population,time and area has a relatively obvious pattern,the emergency center and relevant departments shall integratemedical resources and human resources for high-risk groups,peak seasons,key areas and key types,so as to improve the efficiency of trauma treatment and reduce the death and disability rates of trauma.
