| 目的：妇幼保健机构静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）中高风险患者比例高，应急急救能力相对薄弱，如何有效降低患者VTE发生率是管理部门重点监管问题。方法：运用PDCA方法推进VTE风险评估质量管理平台建设，针对不同专科实施个体化防治方案，进行信息化监管。结果：随着VTE智能评估的开展，中高危患者预防措施实施率明显升高，有效提升院内VTE风险评估水平。结论：借助信息化手段，能够有效规范妇幼保健机构VTE防控行为，提高医疗质量管理水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：In maternal and child health care institutions，the proportion of medium-and-high-risk venous thromboembolism（VTE）patients is high while the capability of emergency treatment is relatively weak. So how to effectively reduce the incidence of VTE is a major regulatory issue for the management department. Method：PDCA scheme was applied to proceed the development of quality management platform of VTE risk assessment. Individualized prevention and treatment protocols were also used to apply information-based supervision in the different specialties. Result：With the development of VTE intelligent assessment，the implementation of preventive measures for medium-and-high-risk patients has been significantly increased，shown as improvement of VTE risk assessment rate during hospitalization. Conclusion：Informatization，can standardizethe prevention and treatment of VTE in maternal and child health care institutions and improve its quality management level. |
