中文摘要: 基于IMB理论,自制并发放《医务人员DRG知信行问卷调查表》,统计发现职能科室、医保、医院领导对DRG的知晓率整体偏低,主观知晓率高于客观知晓率,77.4%的人群认为DRG对医院运行会有明显影响,45.5%的人群首选“为医保部门客观比较各医疗机构服务能力、服务效率和资源消耗提供依据”,75.1%的人群将“现有基础上,结合DRG结余适当奖励”作为绩效考核首位。提出要针对性培训、运营与公益并重、多部门协同及持续有效激励以促进DRG推进。

Abstract:Based on IMB theory,“DRG Knowledge,Belief and Practice Questionnaire of medical Staff”was self-made and distributed. The survey shows that the awareness rate of DRG among functional departments,medical insurance,and hospital leaders isgenerally low. The subjective awareness rate is higher than the objective awareness rate. 77.4% of the people think that DRG will have a significant impact on hospital operation.45.5% of the population preferred “to provide a basis for the medical insurance department to objectively compare the service capabilities,service efficiency and resource consumption of various medical institutions”. 75.1% of the people put “appropriate rewards combined with DRG balance on the existing basis” as the first place in performance appraisal. It is proposed that targeted training,equal emphasis on operation and public welfare,multi-departmental collaboration,and continuous and effective incentives are required to promote the advancement of DRG.
