中文摘要: 目的:探讨改进专科医院引才工作,提高引才成效。方法:运用“HR(Human resource)模型 ”工作法,对引才工作中存在的问题进行分析,制定针对性措施,并实施改进。结果:通过对 2018 年至2020 年医院高层次人才数据进行比较分析,实施“HR 模型 ”工作法后,高层次人才数量和质量明显提高。结论:“HR 模型 ”工作法能够促进妇幼专科医院引才工作的持续改进,促进医院人才建设可持续发展。
Abstract:Objective:To improve the work of talent introduction in specialized hospitals and improve the effect of talent introduction. Methods:Using “HR(Human resource)model”toanalyzetheexistingproblemsintherecruitmentwork,formulate targeted measures,and implement improvement. Results:Through the comparative analysis of the data of high-leveltalentsinhospitalfrom2018to2020,thenumber andqualityofhigh-leveltalentsweresignificantlyimproved after the implementation of “HR model” workingmethod. Conclusion:The“HR model” working method can promote the continuous improvement of talent introduction work and thesustainable development of hospital talents.
