中文摘要: 以公立医院公益性为导向,基于关键指标法(KPI)与平衡记分卡(BSC)相结合的方法,从医院运营、改善服务、综合管理、发展持续等4个维度建立关键绩效指标库,科学赋予各个维度在绩效分配中的权重。各科室在相关性分析后确定关键绩效指标并应用于绩效考评。医院绩效管理方案有助于处理坚持公益性和调动职工积极性之间的关系,使职工在分享医院改革发展成果的同时,促进医院健康有序发展。
Abstract:With nature of commonweal of public hospital,based on methodologies of both Key Performance Indicator and Basic Score Card,Key Performance Indicator Pool was built up with four dimensions with different weight. The four dimensions are hospital operation,service improvement,comprehensive management,and continuous development. Each department apply the key indicator into performance appraisal after correlation analysis. Hospital Performance Management helps tobalances the relationship between commonweal nature of public hospital and employee motivation,enabling hospital employees share the success of hospital transformation while pushing development of hospital.
