    目的:通过调查分析职称聘任与工作压力的关系,为提高医务人员的工作积极性,完善医院人力资源管理提供参考。方法:以晋升职称但未被聘任作为未聘组,以晋升职称并已被聘任作为聘任组,对200名医务人员的工作压力进行问卷调查。结果:未聘组医务人员的工作压力均分(3.06±0.57)高于聘任组(2.86±0.55),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:科学实施职称聘任制度,有助于降低医务人员工作压力。

    Objective:By investigating and analyzing the relationship between professional title appointment and job pressure,this paper provides reference for improving the work enthusiasm of medical staffand improve hospital human resource management. Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 medical staff about work pressure,which were divided into two groups:the unhired group and the hired group. Result:The average score of job pressure in the unhired group(3.06±0.57)was higher than that in the hired group(2.86±0.55),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Scientific implementation of professional title appointment system is helpful to reduce working pressure of medical staff .
